Each member may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

To open and maintain an Account on 37win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: 37win employs automated age-screening tools at registration and manual KYC document review before any withdrawal is processed. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings voided. Real-money deposits made by an underage Member will be returned to the original payment source wherever technically possible.
Opening an Account is free of charge. To complete registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a unique username and password. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
One Account per Member. Each individual may hold exactly one Account on 37win. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 37win reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any balances attributable to the duplicate Account, including real-money funds if fraudulent intent is established.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 37win strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify 37win immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation. 37win will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 37win will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a KTP, SIM, or Passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the time specified in the verification request will result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until the required documents are received and approved.
Privacy Note: All identity documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and used exclusively for age and identity verification purposes.
37win supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All transactions are processed through the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 37win does not accept cryptocurrency or international wire transfers at this time.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) are typically credited within two to five minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the originating bank. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited in real time. 37win is not responsible for delays attributable to the processing times of individual banks or e-wallet providers.
Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal Processing Time. Approved withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes of approval by the 37win payments team. This service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. 37win does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 37win accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal to Originating Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 37win reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new or unverified payment method.
Third-Party Payments: 37win does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All transactions must originate from and return to a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits received from accounts not matching your verified identity will be returned and your Account reviewed for compliance.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
37win uses personal data for purposes including identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, transaction processing, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. 37win does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who are contractually bound to process it solely for the purposes specified.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 37win's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms and the Services — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
37win shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, even if advised of the possibility of such loss:
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. 37win does not guarantee winnings on any game or betting market. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live event results outside 37win's control.
Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 37win's support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
Termination by 37win. 37win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; failure to complete KYC; operating from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or any activity that 37win reasonably believes may expose it or its Members to legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, balances held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to restrict their own access to the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting support. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 37win holds its international gaming licence.
37win operates under an international gaming licence and provides services on a cross-border basis to Members in Indonesia. Any disputes arising between you and 37win that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by 37win. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
37win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 37win will provide notice to active Members via email to the address registered on the Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the 37win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11 above.
